Well, as I said in the email that prompted this comment in the first place, I'd place her accent somewhere in Scandinavia, possibly Iceland. This is for two reasons: first, it explains the way the letter "J" is pronounced in names like "Mjrn" (like the "J" in "Reykjavik"). Second, and this could just be me, when I first heard her talk, I thought she sounded like Bjork. Just listen to songs like "It's Oh So Quiet," "Army of Me," and especially "Hunter" and tell me that's not Fran's accent.
