Game Intestine

I just raised the sword and got the light to shine on it like I was Gandalf in the "Return of the King" riding after those dragons. Gawd that movie is so long but that one part is sweet. Light points me southeast.

Found a little cave at G6. Dismount, and walk the narrow bridge to avoid the awkwardness that is trying to steer the horse.

Very pretty pond here. When I finish my Colossus genocide and get my girlfriend back to life, I am going to take her here for a picnic. Head around the lake to the big stone temple. When you reach the big room, turn to the phallic column located on the right side. Use your triangle and R1 skills to climb to the top of the large room.

Cinematic: The beast is located in the coliseum. Colossus in a coliseum!? Wow, that was a pun I didn't even intend. Seriously though, the real Coliseum is called so because the Roman Emperor Nero built a huge statue of himself right in front of the stadium (which was not even built by Nero). Romans called it the Coliseum after his statue, not the stadium.

Run around the interior of the coliseum working your way towards the bottom.

Note how the music is extra foreboding. Still wouldn't consider this structure a "pail".

The running around and around and the occasional glimpses of the Colossus (who looks like a total badass) is employed to build suspense. It is actually kind of scary.

Kill Colossus #8:

Stop at about the second or third story of the "pail" and shoot his orange back.

Like colossus #2 shoot anything that glows.

Note: If he ever fires his orange miasma or electricity at you, run quickly to a new location to shoot at him.

When hit, he will run up the wall to try and get you. While he is climbing the wall, run down to the grassy bottom of the bucket. Look up at him clinging to the wall and shoot him in the legs (which also glow) with arrows. He will fall off the wall and come to rest belly-side-up

Starting from his tail, climb up onto his exposed stomach, switch to the sword and stab him in the glowing blue symbol. I don't know why they keep getting tattoos where there weak spots are.

I really don't like this stabbing him in the soft underbelly. He seems reminds me of my childhood cat who would fall asleep stomach up. I bet this colossus smells like a warm puppy.

Repeat the shoot, knock down, belly stab procedure until he is dead.

Cinematic: New cinematic style - film grain? I use a sword and ride a horse; did they even have film back then? The girl sits up and I am lying on the floor, colossus idol breaks. Sentimental music. I go up to touch her. No plot advancements from this, but it is a good attempt to remind us that we are not killing just to kill but killing for her. I don't buy it, this kid has black colossus blood allover his hands and soul.
